Our colleagues over at dietetics have been working regionally to produce a series of workshops to run in the coming months. Everyone is welcome to attend the online sessions via Zoom, you can download it for free at zoom.us.

Are you fed up, struggling to help your kids with their school work, generally want to make a change to your life and it’s direction? Restart Education is a place to start.
Guests Fiona Neely and Ellie Bradley from SERC will be taking us through accessing this free part-time course that will open the door to a range of other learning. On completion you will achieve a Level 2 OCN. There is means testing for support with enrolling on the course e.g. childcare, stationery etc.
But hey, come and join us on the 10th September to find out if this is right for you, there is no obligation and it is very informal.

Our Spring Social Prescribing service has diversified throughout lockdown, offering telephone support and now socially distanced meet ups. Alongside this, regionally we have a variety of online workshops that you can access for free. Workshops change each month, so check back in if you don’t see one that suits you this time.
